Who phones and who buys online?

Hi everyone, just signed up. First question, I wanted to know which way you buy things when shopping from QVC?

I personally watch the online stream as I am always travelling and hit the buy button when I see something that really excites me? :grin:

Well, I always did online. But since the new site and so many complaints moved back to QCut or QActive. The latter can mess up with easy pay, sometimes it does not show the easy pay you end up paying the full price in one go.

Oh, by the way. Who has noticed that QActive is being discontinued on the 2nd April? I get a notice when I first turn on QVC!!!! Must be the App has taken over from that.
