What's for supper?

I'm always interested in seeing what others are eating. I was a cook for a good while and tend to stick with simple foods. If we already have a thread for this please let me know.

This is ramen. I didnt have enough veggies to make full servings so I used up what I had. It's essentially leftovers served on top of ramen, but it's amazing.

We just got curry flavored ramen here so I got some of that but havent used it yet.

What are you guys having for dinner/supper?

I have some beef mince I slow cooked monday.

Thinking of putting it in a oven dish, then sliced potato on top to make a hotpot of sorts.

Butternut squash risotto- very nice!

Chicken stir fry, with fresh fruit salad for dessert.

Spaghetti bolognese which was very nice. Don't know what we're having tomorrow though, we've not much in.

Well, oven chips and a meat pie from Marks and Spencer.

Made an omlette today with a large helping of curry paste as an ingredient.

Was OKish, but won't try this again. But I like experimenting.

Since I had Covid a couple of years ago I've lost the taste for a lot of things bread,rice,pasta etc.

I'm like that. One thing I only ever did the once. Cheese on toast, with English mustard instead of butter and a layer of same on top of the cheese. I do like mustard, but not that much

Brutal. I'm sorry to hear that. I have family who have similar issues and it changed their tastes considerably.
