Sorry Graham I used the wrong phrase, he was over familiar with a female assistant and I did see it. I remember at the time you thought it was ok and of course that's your opinion but IMHO it gives men watching the wrong idea. I am sure the assistant didn't mind but that's not the problem. They are on telly and as much as I love Mike Smith I thought that was wrong. I know others on this forum did too.


I do apologise though I just wanted to explain myself not carry it on Graham.

When the talkback is overheard on the Channel when a voice on TB tells the presenter to claim it was below cost when it wasn't and finding the whole thing funnny (from their laughter) and many more.

I see that the wideboy is doing a Peter Simon and has added introducing and kissing the assistant (Thickie Bates more often than not) to when he starts his shift, to go along with those ridiculous 'love cuddles'.
