how relaxing a lovely massage!

it is not as exotic as it sounds. my upper back and neck in a lot of pain/stiffness so i do the massage and the accupa.
still quite pleasant :happy:

yes, it does, as my muscles have relaxed quite a bit. still a long way to go though as my problems have become chronic. and exercise exacerbates the stiffness.
