Have you noticed that they're doing this for the entire weekend?

That because Dave Troth waffles on for so long, his lectures start on a Friday and don't finish until Sunday night (not forgetting the 846 thirty-second clocks in-between).

If you look closely, you'll see that the cameraman comes on clean shaven - and goes off with a beard.

The cameraman probably qualified for a 100th birthday card from the King by the time he went off. The wheel had only just been invented when Troth's monologue started - but I do wonder if he's really an automaton and they just wind him up with a key and push him in front of the cameras? That would explain a lot.
