seriously annoyed about refund

How long does it take to recieve a refund? it is really annoying, I returned goods 12 days ago and I am still waiting, its nonesense. I have bought from other channels and recieved refunds within 5days. I will denfinetly not buy from them again !

As at today, I have been waiting for a refund for 27 days. Unless the refund is received today, bearing in mind the Easter weekend is fast approaching they will have broken their own 30 day refund clause. I was told by customer services last week that they have a backlog of refunds to process. Nevertheless I am also very annoyed and will not order anything else until I have my refund.
