Returned Items

Hi, I'm new to this forum and was just wondering if anyone had any idea what happens to the items we return to QVC. They are always talking about the 30 day trial period and enourage people to wear or use clothes, make up, jewellery, etc. So what happens when a worn or partly used item gets returned? Does it go back into stock and sent out to some other unsuspecting customer, or does it get sent to one of the outlets I've just learned about?

Lots get sent out again although QVC deny it,there are threads on here where people have recieved obviously used goods.
