Do QVC e.mail you to say when a returned item has been refunded?

Not sure whether they contact you, perhaps someone could confirm.

I've never had email I just check my account online then check my bank account to see if the refund has gone in.

No don't think so but you can tick a box for a letter to be sent when the refund is sorted i think.

I've given up doing that Snoops as they just seem to ignore it - well for me anyway!!

I've never had an email either and do the same as MOMAD.

I wish QVC wouldn't take so long refunding.

No email. Also it can take up to 21 days for them to put your return on the system and refund the money.

I have no idea why they bother putting that tick box because they definitely ignore it! I check online too.

Just checked online and they say item returned - not bad as they received it monday!
just got to wait for the money to be put back into my bank account.
