Fashionista?

Kiri is presenting on her own on Price Drop until 7pm, I've never seen her do that before.

She's always seemed more competent than several of the main presenters to me.

Considering she is selling nonclothing items, it is not a shabby performance at all.

However "this product is very definately something to consider" is my new favourite sentance

I think she's giving the bloke presenter a break coz he's been on since 3.30 and they've asked him to work till 10
I think she's better off without him!

I don't like him. He's too much in the style of GOLLUM for my liking.

I wonder who didn't turn up?

It's like she is being punished.... they have her selling items that qvc wouldn't have sold in 1993 due to the shitness

Book Magnifiers?

Their products are worse than ever. I predict a complete range of Schlock Beauty and Fragrances. And Sally Jacks clothing from head to toe.

the shoerack that was on after the swiss army torch. what can be said about a shoerack

Indeed, the products are even more miserable now.

I switched Sally off, she's really on one tonight with her face pressed right up against the camera.

The woman is beyond vulgar.

I've just turned over to Salleh (I've been watching The Voice) and it looks like she's run out of steam at last!
although she could wind herself up again at any minute and I could regret those words!

Is he having another break?
I hope Kiri's had her breaks too, she deserves it with all she's put up with today - not only working a long shift, not only working with a chavvy presenter, not only having to cover while he takes breaks, not only being called the wrong name, not only having to peddle tat to the public (Russell, J 2011)
That poor girl has my sympathy :mysmilie_48:

Did she get a second wind and torture her followers?

I fear she has mr tom, she's right off on one again about a T&K handbag and we've still got the sallurday special to come yet
never mind, she'll be off soon and then it's the revolting one!

They want £46 all in for a TomKat bag. They're taking the pee, no wonder she had loads left.

Listen to Sally saying some parcels have been arriving quicker than 5-10 days but they can't guarantee it, my goodness they are stooping to new lows.

Sheer desperation.

I saw Sally earlier trying to sell black linen trousers. She was virtually screaming that you will wear them so much, she didn't want any viewers not to own them. I bet she didn't. No idea if they sold well, I put a DVD on.

I heard that too
She said something like 'parcels have arrived in 2 days but we can't guarantee it'
I wouldn't mind so much if it was only 2 days delivery but, even so, some online retailers offer next day delivery for way less that £7.99
It's a complete rip off, why would people pay that for products to be delivered in anything up to a fortnight for that much in this day and age?
I don't think that's competitive at all - and that's not even thinking about going to the high street with bus fare/parking etc.

We know they operate to totally different standards to the other shopping channels but that delivery claim was something like the old chestnut 'the cheque is in the post'.

It really is quite extraordinary, for her to say something like that reeks of desperation. What's next?

"We're gonna charge £8 for delivery and it will take 5-10 days (or is that working days?) but it might come earlier which is brill SO JUST BUY!!!"
