Ideal World website was updated this morning to display their Twitpilot® score!

On a serious note, I'm kinda of amazed their Trutpilot score is as good as it is (3.9).

The 1, 2, and 3 star reviews are enlightening though (and they have more 1 star reviews than anything else).

Someone complaining they move on from products too fast (clearly never endured a 120 minute walking cane n' copper socks show)

But I'm not convinced this review is real - that's first layer leathers yer dissin' there, Janis love!

You’ll all be pleased to know that due to its popularity IW have restocked the walking cane! For some reason it’s just popped up on my Facebook timeline. Goodness know why as my walking sticks came from a local mobility shop.

How much do you value your home and your possessions to try to secure it and them with a £49.99 security system with no monitoring facilities? Will the £49.99 security system be the most expensive thing in it? They try and make the fact it has barely any technology to offer other than a similar alarm noise to the canes as some sort of positive in terms of ease of use.

Yannis is on at the moment with the Duchump Grand Mont. Bringing them to air late, so that we don't realise they still have some. Down to the last 10,000 no doubt.

Ahh damn, its working now.

Swiss Movement, Surgical Steel......

Built to last, great watch, sophisticated.....

Uh oh, plinky plonky alert. Time to switch over.

Same BS different day...Special negotiated prices (BS), Pushing the big boss to drop them (and the price) - more BS.. Do you think we sailed down and sunk in the Thames on a collective toy kayak made out of school swimming pool armbands? A £50 toy kayak we can sell on for £300 after we've drowned??
Like the car or double glazing salesperson.

'OK look, I've spoken to my boss. He's not overly happy about it, I had to twist his arm a bit lol, but I've managed to get you 10% off!'

Hint, the customer was always getting offered 10% off if they were even slightly hesitant in signing on the dotted line.

Same sort of tactics with tweaks here and there to suit the selly telly medium.

Funnily enough Van Meelktraemhan has the pay monthly alarm company reactive monitoring system. Not a £49.99 WOO WOO WOO system. Why, you wonder? Why pay for all that? To actively protect him and his family in the event of intruders found on his premises. Strange, that.
All the burglar would have to do is find the hub with the sounder and give it a couple of stomps. I doubt if it makes anymore volume than my wifes **** alarm.
We tried that and it couldn't be really heard outside of the house so pretty much useless as a personal accident alarm.
Without an external sounder any alarm system is going to unable to attract any attention whatever the cause for its actuation.

They were very much gearing it towards older people on the presentation I watched. From what I could gather, the product was essentially a couple of PIR sensor units that emitted a shrill 'WOO WOO WOO' noise (the type of noise neighbours ignore) when movement was detected. Somehow, they wanted to link this system to 'peace of mind'. Peace of mind when you heard them go off in the middle of the night downstairs when you are upstairs in bed, old, alone and vulnerable. The onus was then on the intruded upon to ring 999 in the handful of seconds available to you and hope you got through..

If you are going to seek a security system of some description and and you are older and on your own, say... don't pis..£50 up the wall on a completely toothless product...Opt for a pendant or wrist band type device. One you can trigger in such a situation and one to protect you by also alerting monitoring station staff should you have a fall. Or, opt for a proper monitored and respond security system - one like Van Telemmzizandozeoppozite has. He has that and not two plastic WOO WOO boxes for a reason - to help to protect him and his family in their home.

Someone must have had a brainwave, noticed they had them after the Laura Ashley alloy crap, which made the Duchamp watches look like luxury watches in comparison. :ROFLMAO:
As much as i dislike Duchamp, at least it's made from some decent enough quality materials although not the perpetual luxury as claimed, but the Laura Ashley you're only paying for the name, take the name off and you could give those watches away in xmas crackers.;)

And you can find that movement, 5030.D, in watches costing £5,000 and £10,000. :ROFLMAO:

Which is ********, although Tag have a 5040.D version of that movement in their Swiss made Formula 1 watches, which range from £1,000-£2,000, but unlike the Grand Mont with it's Far East made case in Far East assembled watch, Tag make their own cases in Switzerland, hence the difference in price.

Well we beat them 2-0 on the road to qualifying for Euro 24, and we're crap, so doubt it should be too hard for England. ;)

Although, England do have a habit of underperforming in major finals over the years, many a good England team have let themselves and fans down at finals. But with the law of averages, you must be due an England team that actually fulfills it potential, so maybe this is the year.
Spain are a great team.

England are not but we're getting better and have individuals who can turn a match in an instant. Thus we have a puncher's chance.

A win would lift the nation (well England anyway) and then even IW wouldn't look so bad and I'd expect them to start selling cheap celebratory merchandise. Tasteful.

Yeah some colour print of Jude Bellingham, and a signature done by Charley the producer
