Oh it's Mason's watch, the dual tone Raidillon, it's the watch he said he was buying if it didn't sell out, which it didn't.

Rob, do your own research, you're being fed garbage about Duchamp being Swiss.

Oh price has gone up, £499 , was only £399 when Mason was after it, this is a creenshot the day after the show to show it wasn't sold out. ;)

That utterly meaningless phrase ‘Swiss Design’.
I think it’s disgusting.
It’s relying on the fact that people won’t realise it isn’t ’Swiss Made’ or even ‘Swiss Mechanism’.
To me, it’s a shining signal that the makers are intending to deceive.
In fairness, the description says ‘Japanese’, but I suspect the average telly shopper thinks that’s a design thing, rather than the origin of the mechanism.
That other stalwart of selly telly watches, Constantin Weisz used a similar trick with ‘German Design’.

It's all part of their ******** brand heritage/history, we started as a "Swiss Brand" but now in UK, anyway to put "Swiss" on the dial they will do it.

Yeah, they put Japanese in the description, but is an actual Japanese movement or did it come from Malaysia or even China, now that TMI no longer specify country of origin on some of their movements, I suppose only TMI in Hong Kong, who supplied the movement in that Duchamp watch, will know. Is anything what it claims to be these days. :ROFLMAO:

Ah, miss Miss Gerrards, and her German heirlooms, although to be honest they were better quality than Swan & Edgar.

Probably all made in the same place, in this video of high end watchmaking in China, at 2 mins 33 secs, one of Bordell's watches, AVI-8 Flyboy. :ROFLMAO:

You mis-heard. They said pish design ...

Salleh drives me nuts with her ‘I’ve studied fashion’ claims and seeing herself as some sort of fashion expert. She just described a crappy, woven sandal as a Mary Jane-type. It’s NOTHING like a Mary Jane! Just like ‘Pete the Cheat’ the other night, banging on about a first-layer leather bag being a high-end, designer Dolly bag. No, it wasn’t!

It’s just cheap, disposable landfill. Just sell it for what it is. Don’t think IW/TJC will be a B-Corp business anytime soon 🙄
