I bought one of those smart watches for my wife to record the number of steps she was walking every day. It wouldn't connect properly with the app, failed to store the data and then packed up.

The Fans are becoming a bit of a joke, especially, seeing we are having one of the coolest summers for years, looking at the Apps I’m in Bristol and until middle of month highest temperatures 20/21c

Just looked up the Average summer temp in the uk is around 21 to 23c down South, so really we are getting average weather. But IW have to overhype

I had a very well known fitness watch. Never recorded the number of times I went upstairs,& showed I slept around 30 minutes a nigh but the heart rate worked ok. Used it for around a year then gave up. Strange thing was when the weather was very windy, it might say I went upstairs 45 to 50 a day

Dr Sally Jacks, sufferer of every ailment know to man (or woman) in full flow today. CBD is todays miracle cure, although, given she has so many miracle cures on her daily intake schedule, i'm not sure how she can tell which one is the one that is actually working.
