QVC presentations or people's recommendations on here?

Someone commented the other day that we're a bunch of influencers on here - I think it was the Kochblume cloth thread. I've looked back on my purchases over the last few months and they are totally correct! Thanks to people's opinions on here I have bought stuff I wouldn't even have considered as I haven't watched QVC for many years now!

Here's my list:
Mally gel eyeliners (you know who you are) bought just now
Dew cleaning products
Laura Geller Cheek to Chic palette
Cooks Essentials rotating storage organisers (I think they were on special offer)
Laura Geller duo masacaras
Invisible Glass spray (I think someone recommended it - it's brilliant)

And of course thanks to many people I will definitely be getting the Kochblume cloths!

Anyone else more influenced by people on here than QVC presentations??

Well you’ve just influenced me! I’d never heard of invisible glass spray but had to look it up. Is it just for cars? I do feel everyone here speaks from the heart so I love their recommendations and also their reasons to avoid something. Of course we don’t all suit the same things but I read with interest. Laura Geller was one of my early purchases. I also bought a spray shine thing which I use on my front door every year. Lots of other things too.

Haha it's catching isn't it?! No it's not just for cars. My husband has used it on all our windows inside and out and can't believe how quick and easy it is - smear free
And a little goes a long way!

No need to buy the glass cleaners if you've got the light grey-bluey Merlin window cleaner stick. It just glides over everything (I use Ideal World's Blue Magic) and my shower screens are spotless every time, instantly. I've had mine a long time and bought it from shopontv. An influencer? Moi?

I feel that on here is the collective voice of reason, I am often tempted by something I have seen on Q either online or a live presentation, and it's easy to get caught up in the blarney the presenters come out with, then I come on here read the comments sometimes and completely change my mind and save myself some money, then I read helpful reviews or comments about good products that Q sell occasionally like Dew or Kochblume for example and then make a purchase, but at least I know on here I am going to get a good unbiased and honest opinion, so long may the influencers here last!

I was influenced by the positive comments for the Meaco dehumidifier, enough to buy one ( not via QVC) and also Dr Nassif detox pads!!
