From what I've read on the forum, he is already too revealed, having gone commando, allegedly.Don't forget Charlie and his slow reveal.
The thought of Charlie slow revealing anything has put me right off me pie and chips…..Don't forget Charlie and his slow reveal.
As if anyone would want to see that. He loves himself, makes Simon Biagi seem positively humble. From what I've read on the forum, he is already too revealed, having gone commando, allegedly.
While she is still posting the videos in one sense she is okayThought I'd let you all know that Spinning Santa lady's fine and buying again! This time it's a couple of essential Julien Mcdonald star ornaments - She gushes " They're very pretty and will go anywhere," cue her showing them displayed in the "smallest room"! They're £48 & £4.95 p&p. (Wow!) Due to her very strong accent, I wasn't quite sure whether she'd bought them in the outlet, but as they don't appear to be in the outlet, then she must've paid full price. She seems to have already got some so maybe they were bought in the outlet - who knows? Perhaps she's getting into the habit of telling people that things cost less than they actually did, to try and conceal how much she's spending. I used to say to my oh "Oh yes it was dirt cheap in the sale, or I was lucky enough to find it in a charity shop" - Anyway back to the lady, she seemed un-phased by the fact she'd ordered the rose gold but they sent her the silver - but she doesn't mind 'cause they're "very pretty". I'd not be surprised if she didn't go ahead and order the rose gold as well, instead of doing what most people would do, and that's giving Q the what for and asking them to send her the correct item (minus P&P) and to send her a returns label whilst they're at it!
Thank you merryone. I was getting worried with no mention of her buying anything for a few days. I can relax in the knowledge she is buying more unless tat.Thought I'd let you all know that Spinning Santa lady's fine and buying again! I think she said the stars are from the outlet section because her mother in law inspected them and couldn't see any damage so she'll keep them. I don't want to seem really catty but for someone spending so much cash on anything and everything from qvc, that money could be invested more wisely in fixing up her homeThought I'd let you all know that Spinning Santa lady's fine and buying again! I find it very odd that someone would take time whilst on what for most would be a holiday of a lifetime to post an advertisement for the clothes they’re wearing! Who cares about her silly jump suit that’s a slightly dodgy fit, or the swimsuit she’s wearing. Most people’s holiday pics/videos are about the sunsets, the sands, the blue skies - Not here’s me in my Kim & co , and that’s me in head to toe Ruth Langsford! Weird IMO and quite sad. This is getting ridiculous now who do some of these people who post on Qurio think they are ? heading for celebrity status? Delighted to see Ms all things Lola Rose showing her holiday wears, I think it was Dom.Rep.? These are not sights that are going to send me into a buying frenzy ,so full of oneself me thinks! Next stop ‘Love Island’?
I'm no psychologist, but I'd imagine there are quite a lot of self esteem issues going on amongst the members of this "community", and maybe a slight pang of guilt when they click that buy now button. Posting a video on Qurio is more about fishing for compliments than it is to recommend/not recommend the outfit/product they've just bought, also to be amongst others who also spend their money willy nilly. I would think that it helps justify their purchases and make them think "ooh loads of people spend like this - it's quite normal" Unfortunately, it doesn't just "normalise" these bizarre & potentially dangerous shopping habits - It actively encourages them. This is getting ridiculous now who do some of these people who post on Qurio think they are ? heading for celebrity status? Love the cat's name Donna. I have a goose called Freya and for some reason, my daughter called her German Spitz Freya as well. Beautiful name though, norse goddess of love and fertility! Any chance of a piccy of your Freya? I will pop a pic of mine up. xSo flicking channels, I finally got to see the spinning Santa and Angel trees. Shudders. First thought Freya would have that smashed in no time.
Someone did ask me when I was putting up my tree? I told her, I have a cat!
There must be a story behind that Toril!I used to have a 4ft 6” iguana who used to free roam round the house for a few hours a day. Try getting one of those out of a Christmas tree. The first year we put it up he shot up it and appeared at the top like an tree topper. He could have more than rivalled that flying Santa and he didn’t need electricity or batteries.
There's a long story to him, his life and his antics but I won't bore you with it, but I adopted him from a rescue centre when he was 15 months old. He'd been fed chopped pork by his previous owners and they're 100% herbivores. Sadly that meant that he died of bile duct cancer when he was 8 years old, but the time that I had him was full of fun and mischief (from him, not me.) When he died I wrote a book about him and had it self published. There must be a story behind that Toril!
Wow he was a big boy not your usual pet, it’s a shame he wasn’t looked after as should be. But at least you got him and you shared some time together. There's a long story to him, his life and his antics but I won't bore you with it, but I adopted him from a rescue centre when he was 15 months old. The photo of him being a Christmas "angel" on top of the tree is on the other computer but I can find it if needed, but this is a photo of him a couple of years later. He used to free roam round the house in the afternoons and then took himself back into his vivarium when he needed to lie under his heat lamps again.
(And sorry for interrupting the flow of this thread with "iguana chat." )
