I used mine first time today to chop veg and it isnt that sharp and slants when slicing carrots and i cut my finger oops:22:

I manage that with straight cutting knives, so it's not going to be for me! Was really hoping it would be good, oh well I'll stick to my 50 year old bread knife and 20 year old kitchen devil bread knife for the cheese...much to the OH disgust!
Well they cut through things so much easier, and with much thinner slices.

Thanks for the photos A&R :10: I ought to have one or other of those in my cutlery drawer somewhere... except I'm just having my kitchen 'done' and I threw out, quite indiscriminately, loads of older stuff because of being a hoarder :22:

Pinkie, that's great news re the slanty slicing, it's saved me a few bob cos I hate knives that do that. Are you left-handed?
