NIOD is launching on QVC Beauty before the main Q Channel

still interested in watching the shows,
even though i am well stocked with Niod stuff
but for learning and the tips and hints
(and most presenters seem to respect the Co-CEO Nicola Kilner
and actually let her EXPLAIN STUFF !!)

looks like there may be an upcoming show,
so i shall have a look in the calendar

should you see an upcoming one hour show
i'd be am happy to hear about it on here
(if anyone were to be kind enough to post)
as i don't really switch on Q these days

and thank you very SCW for posting the new additions :eek:)

its ok & most wont see a advert as they dont have one but its 09/12/2016 14:00-15:00 NIOD Skincare
 
i didn't see any full Niod shows on the calendar
i guess they may feature on the Beauty Day tomorrow

Have you received your Black Friday order lilith? I don't think mine had been dispatched, haven't received any communication so far.

oh, i had an email saying that UK orders will be despatched on the 7th of December
but a friend of mine already had hers (also in the UK, arrived today after she had despatch email yesterday)

did you have a look in your junk email folder ?

i take it you had an order confirmation (?)

i ordered mine really early i.e. before Black Friday even went officially live
and i guess they may deal with it in order received order (possibly)
but i would have thought that everyone who ordered (all countries),
got that email about delivery timescales

if you can't find yours,
let me know

i had also placed an order with VH which arrived this morning
it was the Deciem collection
so i finally have the Handcream (and the Stemm Density Stimuli, the Niod Mastic Must and Voicemail Mask also)

here is the email i got from deciem :

We are really emotional to have received so much love from our customers this Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The volume of orders was beyond anyone's expectations and we are working very hard around the clock to prepare and ship every order.

We expect to have all orders completed by the dates below for each region. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from us, which will in most cases be earlier than these dates.

Canada: Monday, December 5th
United States: Tuesday, December 6th
Europe and Australia: Wednesday, December 7th
All Other: Thursday, December 8th
 
Thank you lilith! I just went and checked all of my mail boxes just to make sure I had the email above - no, did not get one. I have had the email of order confirmation.
I did think that they were trying to cope with the demand - the kits were very good indeed and well priced. I've looked at the last year Black Friday kits, although well packed - the total was a bit high although a good value and it seems deciem have learned their lesson this year.
Looking forward to the next year deciem Black Friday offers. I now know where to look in advance, would be the same websites as this year.

I'd be intrested to know what you think about the Stemm Density Stimuli lilith, I've been keeping my eye on it since it came out.
I have the hand cream and although it's good I personally struggle with the smell of it and use rearly.
 
My order was dispatched today.
Got an email on Tuesday this week that they had an increase of orders by 8,200% (!!!) on Black Friday and were struggling to cope with the demand.
Hopefully they are going to make nice offers next year after this year's success.

yep, had same email,
no despatch email yet for me
 
Strange, I ordered a day or so later after you did.
I notice the same on qvc, I order a tsv before the launch and it gets dispatched after the people ordering at the launch.

I've just noticed that COURIER is DPD, it was always RM before, even with a more expensive order than this one.
 
yeah, nearly like they are doing it backwards
i see other people with order numbers thousands after me,
in the same country as me, having received it days ago ...
bit miffed, and now have run out of a couple of things, 17 days after ordering
but still pleased about such fantastic value

i have a feeling, from reading in between the lines on twitter,
that they may do another sale after christmas/winter sale
would be great if they just gave a good discount overall on whole offering
(i am dreaming about another CAIS 5%)

This would be the best thing of them to do, only I don't think I need anything after Black Friday sales, but at the time of the next sales who knows.
I have been using CAIS 5% for about four or five months now only because I keep switching to other things more and more.
I find that my combination skin really likes Liquid Gold and oils.
 
I got the last TSV and have been using it everyday and can't see any difference on my face so won't order any more products.
