Complete with changing rooms for the models to appear from.
Old fashioned looks a 60’s department store as below. 😂
Tonight they also had two chairs around a copper looking witches cauldron with Moda big deal boots displayed on.

They just don't know which direction to go do they. The charity shop look appears to have been ditched with the bizarre bright blue shapes and odd looking rugs and chairs, for this Whitehall farce (Brian Rix for those old enough to remember) where various characters appeared through different doors, then disappeared again like a cuckoo clock. Just bring back the inoffensive catwalk where we could see the garments without distraction. I don't want to see a hanging rail in the middle of the set, or silly little tables where shoes and handbags fall off.

Are You Being Served……Grace Brothers.
🤭😂😂

Patrick Hoy as Mr Humphries & Alison Young could move move* from Beauty to fashion to be Mrs Slocombe.

*I obviously want her to do that as I'm making her move twice!

sometimes the sets look like a town call amateur production using charity shop items sprayed with gold paint.

Shame they don’t revamp their boring inventory which definitely looks ex charity shop circa 1975.

Yes, its always been a bugbear Griz, the constant flicking to one side to show us the rear view.

As for the amdram set (good comparison LATI ) its distracting too much from the clothes on show, dazzling panelling, large polystyrene shapes, psychedelic tele screen showing Star Wars, and an array of arches which reminds me of ........... "and which window are we looking through today ? children, the round one, the square one, dum di dum di dum" .

There have been numerous posts on Q Arsebook asking for their hair to be pulled out of the way especially when there is detail on the neckline but of course they are totalled ignored. They are only interested in sycophants posting about how wonderful they are.

Remember Renee her hair always got in the way.

I’m not bothered whether they use the old set or a new one. As far as I’m concerned, they could present the shows in a large cardboard box. All I want is to be told the sizes and the material etc etc, rather than be distracted by the surroundings. Still, as they often don’t give us all the necessary details, I guess the set takes customers’s minds off the lack of information. 🙄

Do they use any models with short hair? I'm personally not a fan of long hair fanning out all over the place, presumably to show sexiness and youth. Like Shania Twain, it don't impress me much.

Anyone remember the old Birchwood outlet store with its little nooks.
Also the cordoned off fitting room at Shrewsbury.
