The guide says it was Andy Hodgson. He is indeed yet another ex Bid Goon.

I think someone mentioned that he’s in charge of presentation but occasionally shills the tatt too.

AH is defined as "The head of tv at ideal world" apparently.

so that does explain the amount of bid goons on the channel.
