This is the second time she has worn this outfit, The first time, there were many of similar posts in a thread here.....it was not that long ago, at that time, she had a plaster or something on her neck and the blouse looked as if it was pulled up her neck....very unflattering indeed.

Yes she wore it for a Decleor show and it seemed to match the Irises on Decleor promo boards in the background. See it's so awful it's indelibly etched in my memory!
