I might be wrong but is Charlotte on with Will presenting Denim & Co. one of the qvc models ? Is this the way forward now, the models pitching up as a presenter. I know one or two have moved over from the catwalk but it ls happening more now.

It has been like this for years on QVC. Way back, Claudia was a model then became the Tech BA then moved to full-time QVC presenter. She left in the end to launch her own very high-end jewellery brand.

Not a model but actress Jill Franks started on QVC as a fitness BA then became a presenter on QVC.

Frankie made the switch, but unfortunately wasn't great.
I recall Deborah-Ann stepping in for the Bare Minerals show as a one-off.

I think they’re struggling to find decent new BA’s. Sam Ovens moved across to presenting and she’s great.
Sam Ovens describes the pieces she sells in detail. One complaint: her excessive and unnecessary laughter. On the whole, the women on QVC laugh too much. The men don't. Smiling, showing they are happy to be doing their job is great, but giggling and throaty laughter is out of place, imo.

Agree. Kim still does it, though she's toned it down. Are we females still guilty of trying to please and be pleasing too much to get people on our side and in their case, buy more? Over-laughing doesn't have this effect, though, it just irritates.

I didn’t know Claudia and Sam had been models. Both very watchable. I hadn’t noticed her laughing but now I won’t be able to see anything else😲. As for Kim, she’s just very strange. It’s as if she’s painfully shy and overconfident at the same time. I suspect she’s shy and deals with it by knowing every detail of every stitch on her clothing. Then again she doesn’t pause for breath and wants to maximise every second of air time. She’s a complicated lady.
