Denim & Co, some reviews removed

Same here. Could be more of an issue, I suppose, if you are really long bodied: so the bit that should cover your butt is where your waist is.
If people described their physique, when reviewing, all would be explained about who it would be better for.
I'm fairly long-waisted and I don't have this problem. I agree, it would be helpful to see reviews describing their body shape so we could know how it would fit us.

I have several, care of a popular auction site, and haven't had a problem with the shaped hem. I use them instead of jumpers or cardigans these days...much smarter and take up less space. Straight backed and edged would do me no favours at all...

I've followed this Denim & Co Jacket for a few years. Whenever Q hypes something up,, in this case, raving about how many 5* reviews it's had, I have a quick look at the 1* and 2* reviews.

Apparently there were a good fair percentage that were complaining about that dropped curved back hemline, with reviewers complaining that the bottom of the jacket stuck out at the back, like a duck-butt.

Some pointed out that the models did their best to hide this flaw when modelling. When you know, you can see the subtle attempts to hide it. And I noticed that now the presenters are trying to big-up how great the dropped back is as it covers your bum.

It appears that they have removed all the negative reviews that mention this issue with THE JACKET (as they refer to it)), and only leave up buyers who have a problem with the colour not being what they expected.

I'm only posting this because I feel it's deceptive on QVC's part. Naughty.

Today, Sam was wearing it belted, possibly in an attempt to give it a better shape?? Who knows. I don't think I'd ever wear it with a belt - it looks weird. (Pic posted)

That is so wrong’

I just assumed that they would publish ALL reviews received for all items.
Anything else makes a mockery of the system and how can you trust the reviews at all?!
(I’m a big fan/reader of reviews in general, but get so frustrated when they’re obviously fake - like many on Amazon! - or written in response to trying a free item - Amazon again and John Lewis!

I noticed a few months ago that QVC started replying to reviews!

But it only seems to be positive ones, and the replies are slightly sickly!

I forgot to add in my original post, that the reviews highlighting the problem with the dropped back were not just a few, there were at least 200+.
I'm sure it isn't a problem for everyone as the posts here show, it's the fact they removed negative reviews that's really dodgy on their part.
I also remember reading somewhere that someone said they did this with some product from SFIXX.

To be honest I wouldn't be at all surprised if other shopping channels have done this as well.
