This seems to be creeping in on a lot of items recently :wonder:

I watched earlier when a silver, gold plated, mystic topaz solitaire was being sold for £14.99 and it was supposedly a limited edition :nod:

There were 199 in the auction and the male presenter, who I don't know the name of, said 'they flew out earlier'

So they probably had another 199 in that auction as well. So what's so special and limited about it?

I remember Ideal World selling an Oskar Emil watch which was said to be a limited edition of only 50,000 units. I really now wish I'd bagged one of these rare items!!!

Oh my, Richard Hardwick had 115 of these on PD last night and they went for £5.90!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be fuming if I'd paid £14.99 :angry:
