You can actually buy tea bags that taste like dunked biscuits. I tried one when they put a pack up in my work's canteen, they weren't too bad but I think I'll stick to normal. I have been known to occasionally dunk a biscuit but yes you can get a rather unpleasant mush at the bottom of your cup if you're not careful.Why do some tea drinkers dunk a biscuit in their cup?
