I see that there is a TSV on 24 March. Found her website, its basically about getting fit through walking, so I wonder what the TSV will be. It seems to basically sell DVDs!

Why would anyone buy a DVD showing them how to walk!!
I do it every day maybe I could make a DVD and make my fortune. OK so if you watch the video she lifts her arms up above her head, i can do that without being shown how on a DVD

watch the presentation then go to tk max and buy some weights for a fiver and there you are.
