I've never had a problem with QVC's deliveries before but have now had two orders not arrive in the last month. This can be a real hassle as you have to wait for the declaration form and then the refund/replacement takes absolutely ages to be sorted.
Is this happening to anyone else or have I just been unlucky recently?
