On Saturday evening I spoke to CS because my pump top had broken on my Ojon litre shampoo...had the option of waiting a possible 6 - 8 weeks for a new one or returning the set and getting a new one which could be opted for the latter.

Well at 11.15am this morning (Monday) the Parcelnet man turned up to pick it up....

That's what I call service....that isn't even half a working day!!!
Hope I get similar service. I received a beauty case type thingy (technical term) today and on opening the package found that the case was dirty and somewhat battered and the integral mirror was cracked in 6 places. I emailed QVC about it but was a little confused to receive a reply from them saying that they were sorry I had not received an ordered item and they were sending me a declaration of non-receipt form to complete. Eh?
Anyway, if they ever manage to grasp the intricacies of my problem, I hope the situation can be dealt with as speedily as yours, jacaranda.

Actually, the last time I had an item for collection was the Tova Love Everlasting last year....after four requests for it to be picked up and about two months later, CS refunded the money and said dispose of it!

So I am well impressed this time....
