I hope customers get their orders fulfilled, and I hope staff are paid what they are owed. And whoever picks them up understands why the business went wrong and can avoid the same pitfalls.
I have bought a fair bit from IW over the years and I only recall sending a couple of things back. I feel sorry for all their staff. Having turned up for work one day and been paid off instantly (and with no notice) I really sympathise for those that might lose their jobs.
