I agree Sazza that they can’t swing the rules but the shift manager should have the discretion to offer a goodwill gesture such as an extra voucher or free postage to calm a disgruntled (and lucrative) customer. It’s the little things that make or break a company’s reputation.I think most companies would be as inflexible
