With regards to the OP's thread title, "Gremlins or incompetence," I reckon it's just a case of incompetent gremlins in QVC Towers.
That should cover the blips on screen, the problems that people have had on the website, the P&P charges that change in the blink of an eye and ..... some of the presenters. :wink:
