qvc are quite crooked when it comes to mishaps that affect the customer. obviously the meat disaster. before that the double payments that were taken out of our bank accounts and no compensation offered.

my latest quip is the awful links bracelet that cost £4 to deliver. looked like it cost less than the postage price in value. took 10 days to get to me and a month to get a refund. then i had to beg for my postage. oh says the chirpy qvc operative it was not faulty according to cs so you cant get your postage back. aha but it took 10 days to get to me so i want my postage refunded on that basis.

oh and i agree with lilith its a war between customer and qvc treating people like mithering crooks rather than paying customers. you have to brace yourself when you phone as you know they really juts want to say "no"!
