Many people have said bad things about sit-up.tv's customer service, but I havn't really dealt with them due to me ordering online, so i didn't know if they were good or bad.
Last night I got in on a MEGADROP! But I didnt have any money on my card to pay for it, (as I was going to put it in tomorrow) So I got this man who was very helpful. He wanted to know why the money wasnt going through, so he asked me when the money would be in the bank, so I said by tomorrow at 5PM....so he was very nice and said 'Okay, Ben, thankyou for that, we will contact you at a time suitable for you.' So we decided on a time. He wished me a good week, and I couldnt ask for more from their CS.
