Goods from my own area?

I know there's a way to look up goods that are being sold locally but have forgot how to access it. Does anyone know how to do it?

I had to go into eBay to have a look-see because I can never remember off the top of my head.
If you type in what you want (RevitaBrow please lol) your options pop up.
Go down the left hand side of the page & find LOCATION
Don't both with UK
Click on Choose more...
A pop-up box will appear
DISTANCE is the 3rd option
Type in your postcode and select the distance from the drop down box
