I've read on here about people sending items back under the Distance Selling Regulations. Does that mean you don't pay postage to send it back? Not sure how it works and when you can use the DSR.

No you have to pay return postage but you get a refund of the outward postage. If you are returning an item under DSR to QVC then you have to either email them and tell them of your intention to return until DSR or call QVC CS and tell them. I also write on the return form that I am returning under DSR. I've not had any problems with QVC returning items under DSR. I return items using normal postage unless it is a high value item when I use special delivery.

You need to notify QVC in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. An email to CS will suffice. You also have to return it in brand new condition ie no tags removed, item not used. Basically it has to be in resaleable condition. If you want to return after trying someone, eg pot of moisturiser or using a kitchen implement, you can always return under the 30 day MBG.
