The same thing has just happend to me about 4 weeks ago. I ordered my 1st Kipling bag from QVC. When it arrived all seemed to be fine and i was happy. However on looking closely i noticed a crystal fairy wing kirks folly attachment on it!!! I never returned the bag because nothing else was wrong, and when i searched QVC website for the attachement i found it was £20!!!. Someone will be gutted they forgot to remove it before sending it back!!!

I live near one of the outlet stores, I have seen used/returned skincare and cosmetics there many times. I pointed it out to the assistant and was told it couldn't happen, but how else do you explain half empty tubes and worn down lipsticks?

I can't believe they would sell returned make-up or expect anyone would buy it.

OMG... does this mean that those magic knickers that fit soo smoothly and erase all visible vpl, but just wont allow easy access when age, childbirth and sneezing demands immediate relief.... might indeed have been recycled!
I wonder if Monica Leuinski wears KIM & CO!!:33::33:

Teabag??? Is there a story behind this? Please tell, I love a good story!

BetX

Someone on here (sorry cannot remember who) said that they had put a teabag in with a returned item, so if it was sent out again the recipient would realise there was something odd going on. Lots of us thought it was a great idea and if we all follow suit someone on here might eventually receive an item complete with a teabag.

Beat me to it Snoopy!

Thanks Snoopy and Boris. I have lots of nearly out of date tea bags being a coffee drinker, I will do my bit for the consumer and hide my PG tips in anything I need to return. :57:

Phew, I had gone down a completely different line of thought :8:
