Crystal Necklace Charms

Do any of you remember those necklace charms that were on a programme introduced by Deniece once? I bought some but am now horrified to discover that the "gold" plating has come off. They look cheap as hell.

I liked them at the time because I was able to wear this lovely necklace made up of my grandchildren's birthstones. Quite a few commented on it but now - tacky!

Yes I do remember and you should get on to IW and get a refund, any gold or silver plating/covering should last a lot longer then 18 months or so.
Quote trading standards fit for purpose if you have any trouble with them.
These where not dirt cheep so you shouldn't have received shoddy workmanship.
