Many, many years ago I was at our nearest shopping mall with our daughter; she was three with all the truthful innocence of that age, she also had a voice that came up from the soles of her feet so when I saw the very badly dressed lady walking towards us I knew that my treasure would comment & that it would be done loudly. She went totally still, just like a pointer, & as this person walked passed us, so we could see that the make up was as poor as the clothes, my little girl called out: "That's not a lady wearing that green dress, it's a man". Unfortunately she repeated this several times, added that this person had walked into M&S & started pulling me towards the entrance so that I could follow. As my dad would say, if you want the truth ask a child even if you want the floor to open up & swallow you!
