I take a half size in most of Clarks shoes and boots and Q doesn`t oblige sadly. A lot of makes simply don`t do half sizes so I end up buying a size down if its a wide fit shoe or a size up if it isn`t and have regretted it. I tend to stick to M and S for shoes these days and visit Clarks for boots when they have a sale.

I've never found Clarks to be very good value on QVC, you are better off looking on their website as they do free delivery / returns and good discounts when the seasons are changing. Whatever the TSVs is it will (probably) be on Clarks website in a few weeks time at a considerably lower price.

Completely agree, xstamper. I've bought boots in an outlet for £30, later seen them on QVC for double that. Their clearance section is full of bargains.
Oops - nearly forgot the p&p. How could I overlook 10% extra on what comes out of my account?

Bought a couple of pairs of boots last year that are not available in the Shops.

I love Clarks and M&S for footwear because they do half sizes, so few do!!

I like wedges but I think these need to be higher!! The boot itself is lovely. It's not the boot I spotted on the models though, still can't find that one

If you can cope with higher go for it ....unfortunately I broke my leg and ankle years ago (falling off of a pair of platform shoes ) so high is out for me these days.

Ouch! I once fell off some very high shoes, sideways into a door frame. No breakages, but bruised muscles that attached to my ribs - that was bad enough! Poor you.

No, I won't be going for it. I don't like them that much! And, I really don't need another pair of boots. The heel is in-between and I think they would have been better higher or lower, but the current heel just doesn't look right in my opinion.

I ruptured my tendon years ago so can only wear flat shoes now I miss my heels

That sounds nasty too :-( I wear flat boots at the weekend but other than that I live in heels!! I can't, come hell or high water, wear flats to work or out. I can't wear totally flat shoes, like the ballerina type, I simply can't walk in them! My flat boots all have rugged soles and a tiny heel, if you get my drift.

Gosh, just seen the TSV for the first time, how awful. So unflattering. The wedge is neither here nor there, should be lower or higher. Julia looks awful in them, bless her.
