I wonder how much glitter will fall off as you assemble it? I think Alison Cork has some lovely things in her range and think it's a shame that this was chosen to be the TSV. It just doesn't look very substantial, like it could topple over at any time. But never mind because it has the 'boutique hotel' look according to Alison, whatever that is!

Know what you mean Boffy . I gave up the tree for a long while after the children grew up but had one last year and to be honest I get fed up with it quite quickly ,I live in a small house and don't like clutter .
you also have to store the dam thing and all the decs. plus you feel every year you must buy new bits. i have hundreds of baubles in dozens of boxes. i think i will car boot them to sell them off. this year i am finishing off the lounge dining room with some nice accessories, flameless candles etc. my daughters are laughing at me now saying the house looks like a church ...not impressed lol

Anyone got a spare Alison Cork 6ft glitter tree TSV?!
I ordered the TSV glitter tree last week but unfortunately it didn't arrive. Tracking info shows it didn't actually leave QVC so I can't blame Hermes!
Absolutely gutted.
It has got really good reviews and I have the baby version which is really, really pretty. The big brother version would have looked fabulous on the other side of the room. Out of stock and labelled unavailable on the website now, so I'm down for a refund. I'm really disappointed. I wanted a completely different Christmas this year with new decorations, routines etc as I lost my Mum in February. Don't want any reminders.
Does anyone know of a very similar tree elsewhere? What is lovely about the Alison Cork tree was that it wasn't gold or silver - more a champagne glitter. A bit more classy! It would therefore work well with either colour.

I ordered the baby version, and as I said on another thread im very disapointed .Maybe I got a reject or a return but its nothing like it looks in the picture .Very bedraggled looking.

I bought the 2 small 60cm trees that were the OTO and love them. I later bought the small 82cm tree that was supposed to match but was very disappointed with it. The champagne glitter was in reality a murky grey brown with rainbow glitter on it! What was all that about, rainbow glitter?? Nothing at all like the other trees I have. Plus, it was a sorry looking thing, unlike the website or presentation pictures so back it's going!
