Change words under profile

Hi can anyone tell me how to change words next to my profile pic please. I've changed picture but can't see where to do the words?

Hi GenieDi, just seen this. If you haven't solved it by now go to Your Account, Account Details, then around half way down under Avatar you will see Custom Title, you can then type your message. Hope this helps
