After the Bob Mackie OTO I'm beginning to think all US brands fleece offerings should come with a health warning. For Carole Hochman, this doesn't look up to scratch. The jackety thing - fleece with a waterfall cardi???? It's so wrong.

Sainsburys have beautiful pyjamas all year round, cotton jersey in summer for a tenner, and fleece ones in winter for £12.

Can't imagine sleeping in fleece ,I get too hot .Cant sleep under the duvet much even in winter.

I agree you can get similar and better quality elsewhere .

I`ve just got rid of a fleece dressing gown someone bought me last Christmas, a Marks and Sparks one. Everytime I touched something metal I got static shock from it. If I was daft enough to wear fleece pj`s I`d be scared to move in them for fear I`d burst into flames. Give me cotton anyday, even in Winter.

The Carole Hochmans pj's I have bought from Costco are much less generously cut than the QVC ones and the quality of the fabrics are poorer/thinner quality.

But the Costco CH fluffy dressing gown are lovely.

Unfortunately our Costco has had the same design fabric pj's for the last 3 years.

Costco regularly have Carole hochman pjs and dressing gowns for approx £15

I think this is the ugliest nightwear I've ever seen. Ugly cut, cheap looking material and the 'cardigan' looks like an old horse blanket :puke:

Carol H used to do lovely cotton things, I had a dressing gown for YEARS which I finally had to chuck this year, in a a really nice cotton mix fabric, not too heavy but quite warm. Now everything is polyester. Trying to find a 'winter' dressing gown that isn't some sort of plush is a nightmare. Will have to resort to a towelling robe even though they're a bit bulky.

Give me cotton any day!

I never have to 'snuggle' up in my house during the winter, I have brilliant d/glazing, so the house is never freezing. I do however always wander around in my Bonmarche 2 for £16 nightdresses that double up as long T shirt dresses, and they wash ok too. I have had plush dressing gowns in the past but they are way too hot. I did invest in a slanket type throw which was ok if I'm ill and dont want to stay in bed, but where do you store the ****** things ? I don't want to keep trudging upstairs and downstairs, but when folded they're huge and look unsightly left laying around. Be glad of any advice.

I agree .I have tried everywhere even the so called better shops to find a decent dressing gown. Its all polyester or fleece. They often call it something else but its all the same . I went for a towelling robe in the end but its very heavy.

Retailers are all going for cheap and nasty these days from what I can see.

In Summer I sleep and lounge in my IW t-shirt I got for £8, it's still going strong, when it gets colder I lounge in my long sleeved lounge top and trousers I got from Matalan, the set was under a tenner. I look decent if someone knocks, I'm comfortable and yes I'm quite cheap when it comes to my sleep/lounge wear :mysmilie_17:

I agree that this is so ugly! I have several CH sets of pyjamas and was waiting for this TSV as I have to go into hospital soon and fancied a new set but this is most definitely not it! None of the models look good and as has been said micro fleece is just too hot in our centrally heated, double glazed and insulated homes. I woke up this morning in my M&S £12 cotton pyjamas ( bought half price in a sale) and was too hot.

I buy my pj`s from a website called Camille. I wait until they have a sale or until they send me a discount code. It`s free delivery and they wash great.

gap too if you like thier style do some lovely cotton flannel pj bottoms for £10 with 20% off that and 5% off that if you dowmload the gap app
