When I first watched Q they used to constantly show that trailer "Hi I'm Bobbi Brown ......" much in the same way as LG "And you get me" so every time we hear these names we yell these at the top of our voices - we look idiots in an airport duty free shop!

Hopefully not Jill Franks, she rambles on so much they barely have been able to start the demonstrations than they sell out. So frustrating!

Oh boy. Probably won't get much chance to see the products demonstrated then. I want to order the concealer too, I think, but need advice on colour. Anyone know which concealer colour best for bareminerals medium beige user i.e. Neutral light medium?

Sigh, I would've loved to watch the show tonight but I give up 2 minutes in, all because of Jill.
Jill was giving out wrong information, kept saying you got two concealers and it was a duo......yes it was a duo, one concealer and one brush, that made up the duo!!!!! She will have had people expecting two concealers and one brush!!

Honest answer? Go to a Bobbi Brown counter unless a special bundle the products are the same price from there as QVC(when you add the P&P), they have loads more shades as well. Also you might just need BB corrector and not a concealer.

I'm going to be mega p'd if I don't get the two concealers! It's the only reason I bought it!! Will be expecting my p&p to send it back refunded if I don't get them!! I didn't really read the description online but it clearly says one concealer ��
I've wondered why Jill continues to get work, she must have good sales figures, yet she's the most irritating saleswoman out there and so many people complain about her and turn off when she's on.
But, her constant rambling and interrupting is probably a tactic, the more she stops the brand ambassador giving more information, the more people are "forced" into panic buying something for fear of losing out if it sells out. The more info you get on an item then the more chance you have to make an informed decision and decide not to buy. I think Jill makes a lot of sales by stopping this happening.

Had a nose in my local House of Fraser and quite a few bits of BB on sale. Eyeliner in dark navy, the face brightener thing powder with four shades in it, CC Cream. Oh and TKMaxx had a number of BB eyeshadow palettes in clearance too.
I,am pleased to see someone has included a snapshot of JF's post on Twatter in their FB post about this. Several complaints there but worry not, BrianX is going to speak to the product specialists. This was the only BB item I saw and JF said repeatedly it was two, even telling people not to be confused by the,photo only showing one concealer as you get two. I wonder how well they will respond to this cock up. I bet they do nothing! Or how long they will take to process refunds. And whether they will have to be prompted to refund postage!
After Neroli-gate this is pathetic. And someone else has mentioned JF recently calling 30ml Elemis PCMC full retail size. I saw that and thought NO, that is the 50ml pot. The woman will say anything. It's not as if she hardly ever does Beauty is it?
PS I have just looked at this item on the Q website and they still have the video up of JF's,presentation!!! Still saying you get two concealers plus the brush! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT.?
