Most of what I glimpsed on there was in my opinion tat-looking crapola, so I'd agree with you. Don't catch Jeff's shows very often at present, so I can't comment on his Black Friday show.I may be wrong but it seems to me that most of what Gemporia is selling on this Black Friday is tat, with no real bargains. I think the only show worth watching will be Jeff's. What do you think?
Yes, I think the only real discounts were on the website with the 30% discount. On screen, the prices were just about the same as they are any other dayThe prices don't seem much different to normal to me. I've not seen anything that screams out "Black Friday Bargain".
Even at 30% off, that's usually more than the on-air price anyway - so they really haven't offered much for Black Friday this year.Yes, I think the only real discounts were on the website with the 30% discount. On screen, the prices were just about the same as they are any other day
I think we'll all wait a long while looking for bargains from Gemporia these days. Rarer than a politician telling the truth. The prices don't seem much different to normal to me. I've not seen anything that screams out "Black Friday Bargain".
Dave and Steph were doing a 1 hour Zambian Emerald BF deal show and happened to star buy a ring I have. Star buy price was £375. Web price the next day? £298.50 if you use the.10% off code today. Why do they treat viewers/ customers like idiots?
Sunday around 5pm your time. I saw the repeat on Monday (around 5am your time). It’s more than the normal web price yes.Even without the 10% discount code, it's more than the auction price. They were warned about that by the ASA earlier in the year!
What day was it on air for £375?
I saw that with Rosie, the black diamonds didn’t look on sale. The malachite bead bracelet and necklace Jeff had at 1am was standard web price on his wheel. You could have got it for less with 10% off on web. They put a pair of earrings on this morning as a load from code. On the web for £200.45 with an additional 10 per cent off via code. They asked 220.00. They must have realised because a while later they reduced them again to about £200. However with the 10 per cent off on the web that was still more than they were on the web. This was on the breakfast show.
