The new rep just gives me high street salesman vibes. I know I shouldn't judge her on this, but the fact that she looks and sounds like a wannabe influencer reading through a sales pitch rather than being knowledgeable about the ins and outs of skincare and ingredients like Tom was has just turned me off. Even though I assume she must be completely trained, intelligent and knows what shes talking about in order to have the position as Alpha H rep on qvc. I was in two minds about getting it to try the cream, but after 9 mins of her sales pitch I was too irked by her to continue watching enough to be swayed to buy it. Bring back Tom.
Also who needs that much liquid gold in 1 buy, let alone auto delivery in 60 days? I love it, its the 1 product I've kept in my routine for 12 years, recommend and gift to others but give us something else in a tav. I go though a 100ml bottle in a bit over a year using 1 to 3 times a week.
