AY could do with starting to read the beauty bloggers. They are up to date on trends and products, she might actually learn something later than 20 years ago.

Yes, Donna is right. A new beauty expert with up to date product information would be good. Someone who maybe could influence the Q buyers to bring in newer ranges too.
It would also be good if it was not someone full of their own self importance who thinks it's acceptable to talk and screech over everyone else.
Caroline Hirons would be worth listening to if her beauty blog is anything to go by.
