Just seen on TV guide the next ABC TSV is coming... wonder what will be in this one...

I've just been on feel unique and bought some abc foot lotion and a blemish stick for my teen son. I got a free pack of wipes for buying two items. I noticed there seemed to be a few new lines to the range so probably will incorporate something new. I bought two sets of the last TSV and haven't got through the first litre of skin wash yet. Seems to have come around very quickly!

Ps i bought the foot lotion because the skin wash seems to have improved my toe nails so thought it was worth giving the foot lotion a try.

I bought the last tsv and it was my first purchase of ABC. I must say I really like it and my first litre bottle of the skinwash seems to just go on and on. I`m saving the wipes for my holidays, wasn`t too keen on the balm but have used up all of the oil. It will be interesting to see what`s in the next tsv.

Autumn is very helpful for a lot of members on here, and I appreciate her posting links.

this forum should have its own awards to recognise SCW and the likes who dedicate their time to assisting us shoppers by hunting for links and product details. I'm grateful for the work they do to...

A lot of people don't have the time to sit in front of a computer all day,it's a shopping forum any one can post items of interest it isn't down to one individual

Didn't say it was down to one person... just stating i am grateful for what these people do, primarily it is down to just 2 people though.

Every little snippet from whichever source is always welcome. We have regular " finders" who seek out future tsv`s etc, we have " advisors " who tell us what is or isn`t any good, we have " testers " who are those people happy to try out something new and we have the " legal eagles " who point out our rights and also others amongst us who pop up with words of wisdom, funny anecdotes, alternative sources other than Q, online or high street bargains etc etc etc. This forum is the fount of all knowledge from all angles and long may it be so. I reckon we ALL deserve a pat on the back !

I bought the last TSV and although I'm using the skin wash, the oil and the balm, I'm no where near done and I haven't even opened the wipes or the 2nd skin wash. Unless the products in this TSV are completely different then I won't be purchasing.

Do you mind if I ask in what way the ABC wash seems to have helped your toe nails DunmowDizzy? My husband has had a long standing athletes foot problem and now I think toe nails are affected too. He has tried to cure the problem with everything that the chemist has to offer with no improvement and wondered if this might help. Sorry if this is putting anyone off their lunch!

You are going to have to press gang hubby to see doctor. When I met OH 5 years ago, it was a good thing did not see his feet too early on. Manky toe nails, discoloured, thick, black in parts. So I sent him off to the doctor where he was given a course of tablets for 6 months and then a varnish to paint on the feet. Now after 5 years the final small toenail is growing out. The rest look good. He has lovely straight toes and beautiful feet.
I have just about trained him into changing his socks every second day because he will not change them every day. If they are not changed then I suggest he carefully replaces the same sock on the same foot to minimize reinfection. His old slippers have been replaced with Crocs so that I can wipe out the interior if he has been wearing them barefoot.
So it can take years to get them sorted out.
The reason I was so concerned is that I get athletes foot very easily. I went to boarding school and was constantly picking it up. Visiting Japan was a nightmare and I got it there as they have these slippers you put on to visit places. Swimming pools, holiday apartments and hotel rooms generally give it to me. Then I have at least 8 days of hassle applying creams and taking care not to spread it to the other toes or other foot and not to get the spores into my shoes.
So in short he has to go to the doctor. Beware of the tablets as they can cause side effects affecting the stomach. So if tablets are prescribed keep an eye out for them. These fungal infections when they get into the nails are very difficult to get rid of. Luckily I have kept on top of my athletes foot and never got into manky toenails. Didn't realise it was such a problem until I saw OH's toenails

Well a couple of my toe nails have started to grow upwards and not snug to the nail bed. I have always had very small toenails and a tendency to cut them way too short which I thought had caused the problem. I've been tying hard to resist the urge to trim them too short for a while now and since using the skin wash on my feet in the shower there is an improvement. Today I used the balm on my feet, hadn't thought to do that before. I'm beginning to wonder if my problem may actually be fungal too although I am not a sufferer of athletes foot if it persists much longer I'll try a fungal treatment but Ill give the tea tree a go first.
