He certainly did look unwell; he seems to have lost a lot of weight - his shirt was hanging off him, and his complection was distinctly grey on my telly. I've thought for a while he's looking poorly and he doesn't seem to be on that much, so maybe he has been ill - hope he's ok.

I've never tried the polish, but the file is fantastic - I bought a second one today for my bag :happy: As to the monf/Ibifa thing, it bugs me slightly, but I'd rather hear his real accent than putting one on an as Dawn Bibby does.

I always trim to 1/4" and burn until it touches the sides even on a new one. HTH
