    One good thing about QVC

    Only one I love qvc. I have lovely skin now thanks to qvc. I have learned alot from ali young about products. Using ojon has made my hair soft. I am very happy with most things I have purchased from qvc and I know if I am unsure I can sent it back.

    When did I say YOU sent back half the items you order? Just commenting that anyone who does should understand they are asking too much of a company. Honestly some people on this forum seem to just jump to the defensive for some reason. If this thread is about you in any way I am not commenting...

    To be honest I think that QVC feel it is obvious that you are wasting so much of their products that no one would send more than half of the products purchased back. Good will is not inexaustable. If you had a shop and you offered this facility you would be annoyed that people had took advantage...
