A big improvement! Constructively, if QVC want to make it even better, an immediate email would be great (my order confirmation took about 40 mins to come through) and other websites do this easily enough (amazon/m and s/boots/boden etc!) I only say this as I always check on my order history...

I agree, the next L'Occitane AD that includes the 400ml almond oil is due around the 10th August, if I jotted it down correctly it will be the almond/milk collection and the last installment is in November which will be lavender. HTH!!;)
