That's not the point, you can return them for ANY reason at all, so the customer returning them in that condition is irrelevant. It's QVC at fault for sending them out again, despite their insistence that they don't send out returns.

Not really. Customers can use an item for 30 days and return it, it's not the job of that customer to return it in a condition for resale as that's not meant to happen. Someone earlier on said about muddy Birkenstocks...so what? The customer may have tried them outside and realised they were...

I find that my skin can go through an adjustment period when using new products. Unless the reaction is severe, I usually give it a couple of weeks and by then I will know if I can use the product longer term.

Hmm, looking a bit more, some things haven't changed but two Elemis items definitely have gone down by the VAT cut amount. Wonder why the selective application of the cut?

Noticed today a couple of small reductions in price for things I have ordered recently that appear to be equal to the 2.5% VAT cut, so seems QVC have finally decided to pass this on to us!

Leighton Denny's works best for me and I have tried quite a few.

My vote would go to Elemis, some of their stuff is gorgeous, especially the Lime and Ginger Salt Glow and the Sharp Shower shower gel.
