I know what you mean, that drives me mad too. They sometimes tell you to ring CS if you are unsure about what size to order but I always use QCut or the red button. I know the call is free but sometimes stuff has sold out whilst you're hanging on to speak to someone to check the size!!

Hi Madaboutdogs. Welcome back! I haven't purchased any Ronni Nicole purely because the sizing seems to be so naff. I agree that QVC need to standardise their sizing as I can be an XL in some stuff and a 3XL (which is mortifying) in others!!:confused:

The way I see it. If you don't like a particular presenter/guest presenter, don't watch them. There ARE other channels you can watch. It's worked for me and JR whom I no longer watch as she really winds me up!!

I saw the repeat this morning and watched her blatantly order the black TSV. So unprofessional. Let's hope the powers that be punish her by not letting her work with Lulu again. Then she can ring and order as many of Lulu's bags as she likes.

I love A'kin especially the Rose and Geranium cleanser as it smells divine. It's always hard to get at a reasonable price so thanks barbedwire for the heads up on My Pure. :flower: I do wish QVC would do more A'Kin shows as the amount of people who love it surely warrants some shows or more...

I like Lulu's night cream which I had as part of a Try Me kit. I didn't like any of the other stuff, her day cream didn't smell very nice and the Take Off Time cleanser was so harsh it nearly took my face off!!
